Desk Alert is an application that is installed on the security desk workstation and works in conjunction with the Emergency Gateway to notify on-site security personnel when an emergency call is placed within the organization. Key features of Desk Alert

Automatic Screen Pop-Up
When 911 is dialed, an emergency pop-up alert automatically appears on the security desk screen and notifies security personnel of a 911 call in progress. This ensures that on-site security personnel are promptly notified of all emergency calls within the organization.
Detailed Caller Information
The Desk Alert pop-up provides security personnel with the caller’s name, callback number, precise location information and an optional URL link that includes location-specific information (i.e. a detailed building map or emergency contact list).
Faster Response Times
The Desk Alert pop-up ensures that on-site security personnel are promptly notified of all emergency calls within the organization and have the information needed to improve emergency response times when seconds count.
