ShoreTel and 911 Enable Successfully Complete Interoperability Testing

The 911 Enable EGW is an on-site appliance that automates and simplifies E911 management for enterprises and small to medium businesses, helping them meet state and local E911 regulations. Key features include automatic IP phone tracking, on-site security desk notification, and support for teleworkers. The EGW also provides E911 call routing capabilities via the 911 Enable Emergency Routing Service (ERS), which delivers emergency calls to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) based on the caller’s geographic location.
